Stacey Ojeda MA, LMFT
Stacey conducts therapy from the idea that everyone, at any age and life stage, deserves a space that is truly their own to process the highs and lows that naturally occur throughout life. Stacey believes that change and growth occur when there is an authentic relationship built on trust, respect and safety. She strives to create this relationship by providing support and gentle guidance during sessions, but believes that the process of therapy should be led by you as this is your journey and story to tell.
Stacey is effective in working with clients who are experiencing grief and loss, major life changes, anxiety, depression, family/relationship conflict and those who have survived a traumatic event such as sexual assault, sexual abuse, domestic violence, a sudden loss, and childhood traumas. Stacey provides therapy to individuals, couples and families in a face to face setting as well as telemedicine if appropriate.
Stacey uses an eclectic approach stemming from different theoretical backgrounds such as Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy to better help serve you and your unique needs.
